-You should follow a low salt diet.
High salt intake can elevate blood pressure and worsen swelling, so you had better limit salt intake. Though low salt diet is tasteless, it is helpful for you to control your condition. And you can use moderate soybean sauce to replace salt.
-Fresh vegetables and fruits
Fresh vegetables and fruits are great source of vitamins, fiber, minerals, and other essential elements, so it is a good choice. But when your blood potassium level or blood phosphorus level is high, you might as well stay away from those high in potassium or phosphorus.
